Beautiful finish and wear time

This is a beautiful foundation. I tried applying this both with a flocked powder puff and a foundation brush. I did prefer the powder puff, which did a better job of picking up the powder through the elasticated net dispenser. The finish is what I would call a "luminous matte" or "lit from within"---it definitely wasn't flat but didn't look dewy or greasy, either. It applied very smoothly over some very textured spots on my skin and covered blemishes well.<br /><br />Unfortunately, the shade range sucks. I typically need a shade described as "very fair", which are harder to find in mineral foundations. The 100 Light shade is too dark for me unless I also cover my whole neck and chest with it, but the finish is beautiful and I honestly would wear it out on days I'm wear a scarf, for example. I would describe this shade as fair-light or light with a neutral peach undertone.<br /><br />If you are familiar with the Tarte loose powder foundation, this seems very similar but without the clay that tends to oxidize. They have the same style of packaging (elasticated net + stopper lid), same luminous matte finish, and similar longevity.
