I have used Affirm relaxer for more years than I can count. I know how to relax my hair at home, but prefer a professional. Due to Covid I have gone back to relaxing myself. This by far is the best relaxer I have ever used. Every relaxer I have used caused some type of mild irritation to my scalp even when done professionally. Syntonics left my hair silky straight with absolutely no irritation. My scalp did not burn during the process. Only a very slight tingle. I use the activator on level for normal hair. I always use a scalp soother to base my scalp no matter what. I am 100% sold. I will never use another relaxer. The only hard part is finding it
Great product - Worth the money... and take the risk.
I received the product today, May 5th - this is my second purchase of the product nd it is good and fulfills the purpose as described. I did not give 5 stars to the seller because the product wasn't in the original package and consequently the box was ripped and luckily didn't affect the product.
product came without activator used it without activator and it worked nicely as a conditioner
