The hair ties themselves are excellent quality, grand kids are going to love them. There is however a problem when ordering. This is supposed to be a 2 pk, when it came there was only 1 pk. Reorder, same thing. Amazon was great in resolving the problem, and will inform the vendor that there is an issue with their multi packs.
