No where does it indicate that ink is included

I have seen many kits that do not include ink. Buy your own ink because the ones that have had ink are small containers. So, instead of gigging it for not having ink, review it on its performance and all that comes with it. Most beginners learn either from a tattoo artist, or from a course. There are even videos available on the internet to help you learn some things. This kit comes with 1 PC tattoo pen machine, 1 PC cable, 1 tattoo power supply and power cord, 20 tattoo needles/box, 2 bandages, 100 mixed size tattoo ink caps, 1 pedal Plate (without ink) and a piece of practice skin.
