Change of heart due to great customer service
I tried this product and wasn't impressed with the brush because it broke off. I originally wrote a not so favorable review. I was contacted by the company and they apologized profusely and agreed to send me another pencil free of charge. I really liked that they guarantee their product and want every customer to be happy. The pencil itself works well and stays on the entire day.

Works really great, but definitely not waterproof!

It's lighter than I thought and doesn't look as natural as a softer pencil would.<br /><br />Update:<br />Customer service was great after reading my review. They were very helpful and truly want to satisfy customers with their product. Definitely adding an extra star for that.
