Excellent for Sensitive Stomach.

This is the best Black Seed Oil (BSO) for my super sensitive stomach and low blood sugar issue. I have been taking 1/4 tsp on empty stomach in the mornings and this has been working great for me. I purchased regular BSO in the past, took 1 tsp on empty stomach in the am and pm, but felt like I was slowly dying from weakness and extremely low blood sugar the third day (though my stomach was flat like never before). I did further research to learn that BSO drops blood sugar among other things, but the Blessed Seed Mild Black Seed is the best so far.....
