This is the only stuff I have found that really works. It's easy to do and starts helping very soon after applying.<br />It's worth every penny.<br />I have wasted a lot of money and time on home remedies, etc. The good news is that this product is homeopathic.<br /> If you suffer from cramps every day and night to the point you can't sleep or it wakes you up this is what you need.<br />After using for a while I only have to use it when I need to. It prevents them as well. So if they start back I use daily and then back to as needed.<br />I would give more than a 5 star if allowed. A+++++

This is the best stuff on the market that I have found, for minor aches and pains, works fast, has very little to no odor, no greasy residue, I've only used the foam as it also comes in spray form.
