Changed the life of my Teeth.
This stuff has changed my life when it comes to my teeth and gums. A friend of mine turned me on to this and I was a little skeptical when I first started using it but I am a believer now. My teeth are more healthy and solid than they ever have been in my adult life. My gums use to gush when I flossed or brushed hard, now I barely see any blood. I had a sore spot that would really feel hot and cold if I didn't use sensodyne. It's now like I never even had that. The taste is average at best but a little mouth wash after I brush and I am good. I have even noticed that that plaque build up behind my front teeth.. you know that spot the dentist usually goes out really good, feels like I have no build up at all. Two things will happen when you start to use this. Your teeth will get really slick, and for about a week or longer your teeth will get really sensitive, but once you get through that stage they feel great. I am a believer now. Also a little goes a long way, the flakes are kind of big so just break it down put in on the tooth brush and you are ready to soap up and get a good brush. I found for me that an old fashion tooth brush worked better than my nice electric. I will be using this stuff forever.
