My hair has quite a bit of heat damage that has accumulated over the last year or so and I have been doing everything in my power to avoid having to chop a lot off. Let me tell you, this stuff is amazing and has drastically improved my hair's appearance. I could feel results after the first wash, and it's now looking healthier than it has in at least 6 months. I highly recommend and will keep using.
