I was skeptical about this but it works great. My son is an athlete and uses them for ingrown toe nails. He said he can feel a difference when he doesn't wear them. They take a little time to work the toe nail up but it is a lot less painful than cutting them out.

These work amazingly well!
First, I need to address some other comments:<br /><br />1) They leave a reside on your toenail because theyโre adhesive! When I remove them every morning I rub the residue off the toenails with my thumb and then clean my toenails with rubbing alcohol. If you have a clean toenail surface every day they stick incredibly well.<br /><br />2) They donโt work overnight! They provide just enough up/out pressure that as your toenail grows the nail repositions itself. This takes time. Like about the time it takes to grow half a new toenail<br /><br />Both of my big toenails were extremely deformed, narrow, thick, and high, with a lot of ingrown nail pain because of bunions. Iโve been using these religiously, every day for a couple months and itโs seriously like a miracle cure. Both nails are flatter and wider and the ingrown toenail pain is almost gone. As I said above, you have to make sure and clean your toenail before putting them on and you have to give it a couple months.
