My kit came with no base coat and no top coat. I was so surprised by this since it had every other possible item you could need. I made my disappointments known to the vendor. They offered me a replacement or a refund for the inconvenience. Customer service like that is rare these days so for that aspect i give them 5 stars.
Buy the top and base coat separately
Its a great starter set, however it did not come with a base and top coat so i couldn't use it right away and didn't realize it until i already had it so i had to order those separately. All in all tho it was a lot of stuff to get started for a good price too.

Missing items - did not receive base coat, top coat, matte top coat, latex barrier. Contacted the seller thru Amazon. They will be sending the missing items. So far i love the lamp snd the polish. Great value for the money everything you need for your manicure and then some!!!!
