Blue Heaven
Been wanting to try a blue eyeliner for a while now and this one is amazing! It's not too metalicy, it's not sparkly either it's kind of shimmery and matte. The tip is thin enough to do any kind of line and it goes on smoothly and stays on all day. Considering that it's waterproof, I had no problem washing it all off with my regular face wash. Good price, totally worth it!!

I love the color. I wanted something brighter than the standard navy blue eyeliner and this was perfect. I was surprised it did not contain a safety seal but that may be due to the original manufacturer
