Underfilled and inconsistent

I know One reviewer had me excited when he said he had gone a month on the very first tube and was just starting a second, I went through two tubes in a week. That makes this pretty hard for me to afford if it's going to take months to get through. Because it went so fast I was suspicious that it was even filled up. So when my new four pack arrived I immediately peeled back the wrapping to look at it. Not only is the product a different color, suspicious? But also they are all filled to different levels. And none of them to the top. On the positive side, my fingernails do feel less ridged so it seems to be having some benefit there. My toes are still a disaster but those always take forever.
