Adequate for the cost
This seems to be fairly priced for the quality. It reminds me of the doll heads I played with as a kid. The hair is synthetic and tangles easily but is a great length to work with. It comes with plastic hair clips and a bag of small bands. The clamp and ability to attach it on something is what really sets this above just a doll head from walmart toy section. The head fits very securely on the stand but will still rotate and turn as you need while you work on it.

Has its flaws, but works well. The mannequin that arrived was exactly like the one in the picture and the hair length is a described and density is faulty thick. But itโs clearly quite cheap. The synthetic hair is about medium quality, not great but not the worst. It has some issues with tangling, but nothing too severe. The hairline is very rigid and when you part the hair it sort of makes a bald spot, but the mannequin serves its purpose. I was able to do many different braid styles on it. The hair didnโt seem to take heat very well and I was not able to curl it. If you are looking to do only braids or other simple styles, this is a great choice. If youโre looking for something to bleach and use heat on, this is not the mannequin youโre looking for.
Great practice mannequin
I was so surprised by this mannequin head. The hair is so long and soft. I liked that it included the hardware to help stabilize the head. I can't wait to start practicing different hairdos on it because my daughter can't handle hair pulled not even a bit.
