Improved gut health
I got this product because I needed a probiotic to include in my diet that is dairy and soy free.<br />I really hate sauerkraut, needed something without pepper (a nightshade) like kimchi and I generally like tropical flavors.<br /><br />It is very sour to the point were most other flavors are drowned out. But, it is ok as a condiment. And I've had success using it to make a tasty Cole slaw with red cabbage and diced apricots. Wish I had a recipe to share - maybe I'll post it in a later update.<br /><br />I've only been using it a few weeks and not everyday - but I have seen a notable improvement in my gut health. So, it serves it's purpose very well - that's why I gave it 5 stars.

To me it tastes a lot like A1 steak sauce, and I use it anywhere I'd use A1 steak sauce (which is mostly on meat). They package carefully in a sturdy box, often with cardboard separators as well as packing material.
