Cute but Falls Out
Very cute. Would have given a 5 but they fall out so easily. I thought they would be adjustable but they arent. I used pliers to close them up a bit so they will stay in my nose.
They are OK, but.....
I’m not sure if the reason why these things are so big and they seem to slide out the nose area is because perhaps my daughter is only 13 years old and maybe have a small nose because she still is a child, however looking at other reviewer‘s views. These things usually do eventually fall out.

I love these, they are super cute. I haven't had them long enough to say how they hold up. The opening is a little big on my nose so it moves a little and it feels weird. But this is my best option since the my job won't permit the piercing.
