Nice and sharp
Nice and sharp! Has worked much better than cheaper ones from Walmart. Comes with one blade already in it but no replacements. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a plastic sleeve like my cheaper one so I just threw the cheaper one away and put this one in the plastic sleeve for safe keeping. Used it last night on my WAY overdue calluses and was done with both feet in a matter of minutes. I'm pleased! :)

Works very well, and it's so oddly satisfying to gently shave off a paper-thin, delicate, neatly curling slice of yourself. I use this when my battle hardened feet start to hurt in my shoes.
Nothing works as well as the Tweezerman brand
I purchased a cheaper brand and had to throw it away. Nothing works as well as the Tweezerman brand, even if it is a bit more expensive. Great personal tool for foot care. Never cuts too close.
If you are an athlete and shave your hands before you go out
This is by far the best for removing calluses from your hands. I'm a CrossFit athlete and coach, I use this a few times a week. I have tried other brands but this is the best by far. I tell all of my athletes to get this brand because it does the best job and the handle is much more comfortable, especially when not using your dominant hand.
