Great Starter Kit, with everything you need!!
I love this dip starter kit! Literally came with everything you need plus a little bit more. This was my first kit and first time using dip ever on myself and I must say this kit made it easier than I thought it would be!<br />Only downside is that the tops stick on 2 of the liquids, it becomes very hard to unscrew off, even when using oil around them.

DIY beautiful nails!
I’ve been getting my nails done for a while but wanted to save money and do them myself again. I used to use the Oceans of Beauty dip powder and I believe this is their new line of dip products. The kit is a great deal and covers itself in only one month and includes everything you need for many sets! However, I also have a nail drill because I tend to get product too close to my cuticles and wanted a cleaner salon look. I ordered it on a Tuesday and received it Friday.

The learning curve is steep but I'll keep trying!
This is my first attempt at dip. I purchased because my tech has closed her shop due to COVID-19. I think practice will improve my application technique as I had to apply 3-4 layers of color in order to not have bare spots and ridges (practice will hopefully improve evenness of basecoat application to insure evenness of color powder) . Since I was attempting a fade, I am going to put the glitter powder in a spice jar with a sifter lid in order to have a more even speckled cover instead of the full-on coverage. Additionally, I ordered periwinkle but was sent a tan shade - which I will never use. I emailed customer service and they got back to me in a day saying they will send the color and a return address label. Overall, I am happy with this product but it will take practice. I tore up my cuticle from all of the filing so once my tech opens up, I will probably go back to her. We'll see.
