Works as advertised. They give you a lot of whitening gel. This kit should last for years providing the gel does not deteriorate in the sealed capsules.

Great value
Of all the professional and OTC teeth whiteners I've tried over the years, none have worked as well as the Ultimate Smile system. The kit is similar to the one I received after having a Zoom treatment and worked as well, if not better.<br /><br /> The kit comes with a customizable mouthpiece and 2 5mL syringes of whitening gel. Since I already had custom trays from the Zoom kit, I didn't use the trays that came with this kit.<br /><br />For each treatment, you'll place 5 mL (total top and bottom) of gel into the trays and wear for 15 minutes. During the 15 minutes, I did not experience any sensitivity or discomfort. After the 15 minutes, remove the trays and rinse to reveal your whiter smile.<br /><br />The price of this kit is less than what most whitening strip kits costs making it a great value.
