I loved this hair and couldn't believe how soft it was! I used 5 of the 7 packs to do my hair and it was plenty for the passion twists I did. The hair was super easy to manipulate and was not heavy after installation. There were 14-16 strands in each pack and they were fairly consistent in thickness. I haven't had issues with itching nor tangles at the ends and I've had it in a week! I will most certainly be buying from UNA again and maybe do a different style to compare their other hair.
