Beautiful, soft, tangle free hair, but sheds

Hair is soft and tangle free. The first picture I posted was week 1 and the second is week 4. Customer service is great and sent me replacing hair when I got some bad bundles. Couldn’t give 5 stars because the hair is a little thin and the longer you have it the more it sheds (a lot).
