Better than nothing at all
I love the convenience of these, and you get a ton. Each one is about the size of a teeth whitening strip package, and really thin so you could bring a ton with not a lot of space. The minty flavor is barely there, so don't expect fresh breath, but I don't really mind. These are dry so it kind of feels like you're rubbing a paper towel over your teeth but I feel it's better than not brushing your teeth at all. It definitely shouldn't replace brushing your teeth but if you're in a situation you can't, it helps get rid of that plaque-y feeling. But these are cheap and convenient so I take them with me everywhere!
