This USpicy Ion Hair Straightener Brush came extremely well packaged. I did not personally test this unit on my hair but watched my friend use and demonstrate its capabilities. It comes with the brush, storage pouch. a couple hair clips, heat glove and user guide.The Bush has a very solid salon quality build. The unit also has a safety Auto Off which shuts the unit down after 30 min of nonuse which I believe is essential. We found this unit to be fully useable in only 30 seconds of heating due to the MCH Heating Technology. The adjustable temperature is displayed by LED on the handle which is initially set at 350 degrees and adjustable up and down from there. The actual results for straightening were amazing to both of us. Obviously results are going to vary depending on your hair. Most people use the so called straightening wand whereas this is an actual brush that works phenomenal. The bristles are solid and do not move like a traditional bristled brush which allows the heat to transmit through the hair without burning scalding or frizzing. Guys out there - if your lady likes to straighten her hair - buy this for her! You won't be disappointed.
