Great idea, fast and easy to use!
Clever idea for a hair bun! These are light, easy to use, and quick. The flannel cover is soft and the metal pieces that snap around seem to be holding up very well. They really hold and are simple to remove as well.

Hairigami substitute
I just started clinical rotations and needed an easy way to get my hair out of my face and in a professional style. I used Hairigamis all the time a few years ago, so I found this on Amazon and bought it. It works exactly like the Hairigamis, so if you're having a hard time finding those this would be a good alternative.<br /><br />The one thing I can't comment on yet is the durability. After a few months the snapping mechanism in the Hairigami would split and would become unusable. I've had this clip for just about a month, so we'll see how it holds up over repeated use.

Identical to Brand Name
This was a cheap 'off brand' version of the Hairagami. Remeber those? Well if you knew how to use that, you know how to use this. This is identical to the official one I had years ago and works just as well.
Best bun aid on the market!
With a daughter who is a dancer, I have tried every bun making apparatus out there. This is definitely the best. It is sorta like two slap bracelets sewn into a velvety material. You open them up, place them on the ponytail, slide it to the end and then roll it up! You can tuck in any stray shorter strands as you go along. When you get to the top you "snap" them so they bend around and create a bun shape (think about how slap bracelets fit around your wrist when you snap them).<br /><br />Lots of people in our studio use these and they work on both short and long hair.<br /><br />For dance I usually wrap a hair net around the bun and secure with a few Bobby pins, just to keep any flyaways from escaping and keep the bun neat. The bun lasts the whole day without falling lose with this item.<br /><br />I have bought several of these so I can make sure to always have one around! And if I ever lose them I will buy more!
