My favorite eyeliner!

I have purchased this eyeliner several times and it doesn't disappoint! It goes on very evenly, easily and smoothly. It stays in place although it will smear (like anything else) if you rub your eyes too much. It does not run if you are crying or have watery eyes. I love this stuff!
