This is an update from my original review !<br />I was contacted by customer service if this brand and they told me about the 1 year warranty I wasn't aware, and they send me a brand new Flat Iron !!! So thank you so much and I highly recommend this product<br /><br />I'm rating it one Star cause it broke in 2 !! And still don't know how !! it was perfect it worked amazing !!!<br />My last one lasted me for 10 years so, this thing breaking so fast on me hasn't make me happy at all !!

I've always been of the assumption that if it's expensive, it will work better. I have paid 4 times the price on another brand that never worked as well as this has. I love that the control settings are on the inside of the iron rather than the outside of the iron and you have more control on the temperature setting. I made this purchase to curl my hair and it works beautifully. I would definitely recommend this product!
