Honestly there's no way I'll ever use a gallon, but for the price it was the best option. I'm probably using this for a more unorthodox purpose than most... I'm using it as an emulsifier in making cannabis coconut oil infused gummies. It works really well to help bind the oil with the gelatin and water mixture when it sets. About a tablespoon works well for a half cup of oil.
