Maybe the girls don't like this product as it does feel a bit thick when applied, but for guys it soon melts and absorbs into the skin with no oily or shinny appearance. I use it as a aftershave (electric or blade) on the face and it cools the skin down, refreshes and has a scent that is "fruit-like" like a fresh peach, but not a strong perfume to annoy you. Once I tried the product I bought three more. It is worth every penny. The fact that is has SPF-25 sun protection is a great benefit too! If you are a man, just try it. Give yourself a treat.
