perfect to get the waist measurement for my body fat ...
First I tried on my arms 45 minutes the first and the second week and did notice my arms slimmed. Then I stop using it and months later I needed to loose some inches from my belly. I used 2 envelopes, follow the instructions also I wrapped over with a wet towel and with plastic wrap and lay down for two hours. I loose one inch an little bit more, perfect to get the waist measurement for my body fat test. I would buy again.

This is a good, quick fix if you want to have a bit of a temporary firmer appearance for a special occasion or to fit more smoothly into that special outfit. I used this product twice, both times on my waist area. Both times, I had a much firmer appearance when the wrap was done and the area felt and looked more toned. This would be a great product to use just before a special occasion. This was easy to use, but just a bit messy. I will say, that once you learn how to use it...it is much easier!<br /><br />This product is well packaged, including an outer plastic safety wrap, and has good, clear instructions. I have had wraps done elsewhere, but never done one myself...and I found the instructions very easy to follow.<br /><br />I was provided this product for review and evaluation purposes. Lose an inch the first use!
I ordered these to use on my "love handle" area. I have tried a DIY wrap in the past with a lot of plastic wrap with minimal results.<br /><br />What you get with your purchase:<br />* 8 packets of volcanic clay and organic herbal extract<br />* 2 reusable wraps<br />* 4 wrap clips<br />* Instructions on the box of the product<br /><br />Packet Ingredients:<br />* Volcanic Ash<br />* Aloe Vera Leaf Extract<br />* Herbal Leonuri Extract<br />* Saffron Extract<br /><br />How to use:<br />Soak bandages in water for 10-15 minutes after if has come to a boil. Add a packet of the clay mixture to a bowl and stir in 15ML of water (will be thick), once mixed apply to area you are wanting to treat. Wring out excess water from bandages and wrap around target area and secure with provided clips. For best results keep area warm by placing warm towels on the area. Remove after 60 minutes (45 for a first time user). The company recommends using this once a week for 6 weeks and then once per month for maintenance after that.<br /><br />My thoughts:<br />I love the way my skin looks and feels after using the wraps. My after'-child "pooch" is noticeably smaller and my overall measurement was 3/4-1" smaller after the first use. I have 3-4 stretch marks in this area and hope I will see a reduction in the size and visibility of these!<br /><br />My tips:<br />Make sure the water isn't too hot before you apply. Use a fitness belt, heating pad and/or a warm blanket around the wraps vs. warm towels. The warm wet towels were just too messy for me and they do not stay warm for 60 minutes, I do the wraps while home alone or when the kids and husband are in bed so having freshly warm towels without moving too much was a problem.<br /><br />I am happy with my results and can't wait to use all of the rest.<br /><br />I received this at a discounted price in exchange for providing my honest thoughts in a review.
