Makes an awesome occasional pre-shampoo scalp scrub!
As a facial scrub, I'd rate this better than average, and designed for oily (not dry or normal) skin, but where this really stands out from other products is as a scalp scrub, not to use every time you shampoo, but more like once every couple of weeks as a pre-wash scalp deep-cleaning. I have dryish hair, but my scalp tends to be oily. I have tried many scalp scrubs over the years, but they all left residue and/or just didn't seem to do much of anything.<br />The way I use this product is to wet my hair and scalp thoroughly, apply a small amount to my scalp, massage in (with fingertips or a scalp brush) for a few minutes, and leave it sitting on my scalp for a couple more minutes (not more than 3 or 4), then rinse, then shampoo and condition as usual.<br />What I notice right away is that my regular shampoo feels like it is actually cleaning my scalp instead of just sitting on top of it, and even many days later my scalp just feels healthy and clean. I've been using this scrub this way for over a year now, and it continues to work well for me. It's more effective and much less expensive than any "scalp scrub", and the small (1.7 ounce) plastic container, means it's very portable for travel.<br />One caution though - I don't color my hair (I've earned my gray hairs!), so I can't comment on whether this scrub would mess with the color of dyed hair. I can say it has no effect on the color of my own brown hair with an increasing number of white-gray strands, it just seems to help my hair grow out thicker and healthier with long term use.

I have sensitive skin but it doesn't give me trouble rarely any breakouts no skin discoloration it's perfect I get compliments about it all the time. However I do workout everyday and I sweat profusely so this helps my face feel clean and refreshed afterwards. I love this product.
Good stuff
I have tried other more expensive products of the same kind. I was pleasantly surprised when I was out of town and just picked this up at the Dollar Tree to use on vacation. I liked it so much I went back to the store when I got back home and they was none. I'm glad I was able to order it on Amazon which I have done twice.
