strangely easy to use, adapt quickly to cutting style
Ok, I bought this at my physical therapist's recommendation to help with hand stiffness. It feels "silly" at first, but you quickly adapt. It's easy to use and as sharp as any knife. Works very well and takes pressure off hands--especially your thumb. This knife is versatile and cuts more than vegetables.
