Solid scoops!
The scoops are hella great. Very good for measuring specific sizes (Gray = 1/2 cup, Blue = 1/4 cup, Purple = 1/10 cup). I used these in professional baking environments and now I use them at home! Great for scooping soft dough, but the spring on the scooping mechanism can break or the thumb lever can bend if you’re trying to scoop out cold/hard dough. As long as you’re practicing care when scooping out the tough stuff (maybe use your fingers to get it out of the scoop when it feels difficult), these babies will last a long time!

Easy to use and sturdy
These are well made scoops and are extremely easy to use and clean. I've used them to scoop very dense muffin batter (The blue one). They work well. The sizes should cover your most average uses but you may prefer to buy individual ones instead of buying the set. They fit my small hands easily and give nice even scoops. I am very happy with the purchase so far.

Set of Three - Two work well
I bought the set of three. Size 40 will work well for cookies that are not too big. Size 16 looks like it will work well for cupcakes. The size 8 is a good size for ice cream or mashed potatoes. However, the size 8 scraper does not glide all the way through, and it gets stuck at the bottom of the scoop’s bowl when I release the lever.
Not recommended for left handed.
The scoops are generally fine. I would imagine they would be great for ice cream. They are good sizes for scooping batter. However, started to have release issues as scooping continued for cookies.
