This is a great formula and a nice brush. The brush makes it easy to apply and the tube is a nice weighted one. It is elegant to have on my counter!
Jill Kirsh Mascara Is a Winner!!
I love the Jill Kirsh Color Mascara. I love wearing it. I love the black because it's very black and it's not goopy or gloppy when applied. It does a great job coloring lashes and it doesn't cause lashes to stick together which happens to be my pet peeve. This doesn't smudge unless you rub lashes a bit. Which means you don't rub lashes at all if you can help that. It's water-resistant which means you should use a gentle make-up remover to remove the mascara and the shadow. It's a great product and I like that it's long-lasting!!
