Colors are bright and, when applied correctly, last long but not as long as some other peel off stains. I like these because all the colors are distinctly different, unlike some other brands. The applicator tip could be more narrow for a more precise application, it takes a little practice to stay in the lines. I strongly recommend a quick sugar lip rub followed by applying a teeny amount of light moisturizer to dry lips. Rub the lip balm in well before applying the stain. This helps the stain peel smoothly without yanking skin.
