Color of wig is really pretty in person. It has different mixes of blondes/golds to make it look more natural. Very soft. Braids/styling is already done. You do need to trim the bangs to fit YOUR face shape. It is standard for every wig in bangs so it can fit YOU correctly. It really is a beautifully done wig, highly recommend.

This is absolutely lovely workmanship especially for that price. Gorgeous wig. I'll post some pictures when I get my whole costume in. What I also like is how freaking FAST it got here. It's crazy making watching to weeks go by for something to ship out when you have a Con coming up, but that was not an issue with this product.
Not the worst!
I'm giving this wig 4 stars because it has been my best wig purchase under $40 by far. If you're looking at a wig at this price, you're not expecting real human hair or willing to pay for the thickest, most well constructed wig. Unfortunately, you are probably looking for a wig that you won't have to rebuild - and this is not it.<br /><br />Cons:<br />1. The reason the reviews for this wig and all other Violet Evergarden wigs in this price range say they're too small is because the buns are bobby pinned up high and in a way that gathers the lower wefts together. This is to make the wig look less thin. It is very thin.<br />2. The side of my wig had already come untwisted by the time it arrived. It's well packaged, so that must have happened during the packaging process.<br />3. Giant black bobby pins? Seriously? It's a blonde wig. They make blonde bobby pins.<br />4. Even with the hairline of the wig sitting an inch or so behind my hairline, I'm going to have to trim and/or restyle the bangs.<br />5. The ribbons were super cheap and already fraying on the ends.<br /><br />Fortunately, these are easy to compensate for. You might have to rebraid part of it. At the very least, you will have to untwist the buns and repin them so that it fits on your head. Go ahead and buy blonde bobby pins. If you buy this wig and don't have blonde hair, buy a wig cap that will compensate. There are many many videos on how to trim and style wigs' bangs to fit your face. If you don't already have other ribbons or anti-fray stuff, ribbon is cheap.<br /><br />Pros:<br />I would have liked a more platinum blonde, but it's not the shiniest most yellow color. I was messing with it a ton, and it only got a little frizzy. Between the shine and the fact that it didn't immediately knot up on me, I'm going to say these aren't the worst quality fake fibers. All in all, for a $40 Amazon wig, it is definitely not the worst.
