These are exactly as described and shown in the product details. The charms are lovely, and will definitely catch everyone's eye. It comes with a nail piercing tool/hand drill. It's very sharp, so be careful. I think using glue is safer than piercing the nail. The significant other said it's done on long nails (especially on artificial nails), so there's little risk of impaling the finger. After she explained it, I understood that the charm is meant to be near the nail tips.<br />Attached are photos to show real world images, with a ruler for size reference. The nail piercing tool unscrews apart. This is a clever method to protect the sharp drill bit/point.<br />The charms are inside a disc container, with a top that can rotate. There's a 'window' cutout that provides access to each section that contains respective charms.<br />In summary, the charms are lovely, and match the images and description in the product details.
