Yay! It doesn't smell like olives!

I have tried many different shea brands and they all stink. I have almost given up on shea and moved to a different butter when I stumbled on this.. Halilujeah! Pleasant mild smell. Soft. Easy to handle. However, I prefer the solid bricks. This is a package of soft shea. I scooped what I wanted with a spoon. Melting usually takes a couple minutes but this is so soft that it melts very quickly.<br /><br />I'm an ametrur so I don't know what is good or bad but I love the quality and smell but wish it was more firm. Also, it has a grainy texture but melts in smooth. It's different than what I have hendled previously but I'm not sure which is best.
