LOVE THE SHOES, BUT THEY CAME WITH A MARK ON THE SUEDE --SELLER IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT TO FIX
I originally wrote this review with 3/5 stars because I LOVE the shoes, but one came with a small, though noticeable, mark. I'm bummed because they're all sold out, so I can't replace this pair. However the seller reached out immediately to make things right. Now I will be able to invest & take these to a shoe repair shop so they can properly clean the suede (I already tried). I believe the mark will fade or become less noticeable eventually with regular wear if it is not able to be removed completely. These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I love them & I love Zappos <3
