My teeth are at that stage where they're crumbling (the result of too much enamel having drilled away to "save them") and my gums had developed huge ridges, which the Dentist told me was normal. I knew it wasn't normal. These huge ridges flattened out and ceased to cause me pain very soon after I began taking Steel bite Pro. It's too late to get my teeth back, but at least I can eat without pain again!
