I am very happy I purchased this and have made it a part of my daily routine. I used it by itself at first, but prefer it mixed with my existing tooth powder of bentonite clay and tumeric. I notice a distinct difference in how clean and white my teeth are and how healthy my mouth is since adding this to the other ingredients I was already mixing.
