This hair is full and very soft all the way thru. I have no experienced any tangling yet. I placed order on Thurs last wk and received on Sunday. (Standard shipping) Had hair installed on Saturday. AT FIRST, when first installed, it is very full, kind of poofy looking, but I applied some s-curl (available at any beauty supply) and some super sculpt to give a wet and wavier look. Just like the model in the photo. I definitely recommend buying!
