This is a great solution to an ugly habit that I just could not seem to break. I've only been using it for 1 full week, but I have not bitten my nails at all this week. I even forgot to put it on yesterday, but every time I started to put my fingers to my mouth I would think about that bitter taste and just stopped. I hope I can continue with this and eventually break the habit. My fingers are all nice and healed up and not red-looking anymore. I apply it to my nails with a Q-tip so I can use it sparingly. It seems that even though the jars are very small, one jar might actually take me through an entire month! I'm happy with this product.
