Exactly as described - Maybe better!

This is perfect. Exactly as described. It is a bright yellow flower with yellow netting and yellow feathers. It can be attached via an included black headband which will be hidden in my daughter's black hair. The flower looks like one of the hats that Princess Kate or other royals might wear. Just delightfully pretty.
