So Neat
I bought these for Halloween to be apart of the Day of the Dead. When applying, I highly suggest that you cut each piece out and arrange them on a flat surface. For the eye section, I highly suggest that you cut out the center part of it. I tried to apply one eye and it didn't go as well. When I did it with the cutout, it was perfect. I also added gem stones to it too. Everyone loved this and thought it was makeup.
