Definitely worth $13. This is the cream curl 12 14 16 and this is what it looks like unrolled and fluffed out. I cut the the front slightly to frame my face. Pros: cheap, very soft, plenty enough for a full cap quick weave Cons:Tangles a bit, sheds too but easy to maintain with scissors curl cream or mousse and water. So if u like full curly afo hair this is for you
