Stress relief
Shipping was timely and there was no assembly. I have stress pinned on my trapezoid area. This machine gives deeper pressure than I was getting at my massages. Great buy!
Perfect massage chair
It is a perfect massage chair. I love it so much. I always have lower back pain, and I had a massage chair before, that one was not heavy pressure like this one. The power is just perfect for my lower back. Other than that the neck position is perfect too. I love it so much. I would recommend to whoever looking for a massage chair.
Nice chair
Very nice chair. This one competes nicely with the one at Cosco that my buddy bought for $1800. Iโm 6โ2โ 280lbs and it fits me comfortably. And you can sit in it as a regular chair when you have it off. Now instructions how to operate are definitely not clear so you have to fiddle around with it to figure out. And instructions how to put together are not clear either. Iโm a carpenter with mechanical skills and you need moderate critical thinking skills to put together. The delivery company delivered it where I wanted it but you have to put sides on and plug in pads. Kind of hard to push air tubes into fittings too.<br />When you have it together and you get it working it messages your back nicely, sometimes itโs alittle rough on lower back but all in all great on back. Feet massage is ok too. Now the arm and calf air bags can get out of control so sometimes Iโm not up for the torture and I leave them out and with no clear instructions how to maneuver the hand held remote, I just leave my arms and legs out, But like I said sometimes i can take it. The air bags adjust to your arms and legs but they are strong! But with that said Iโm glad I bought it very nice great message, glad I bought.

It doesn't really seem to scan to fit your body like it said cause it still goes above my head but otherwise it's great. Also the bluetooth voice isn't easy to understand as English clearly isn't her 1st language. But for someone like me with back and nerve pain it's really great having all the air pressure options.
Wish there was more setting but over all I love it ...but it is rough on the feet
