This eyeliner is the best liquid eyeliner formula I've ever used. I started using it in middle school, like 12 years ago now and it's still the best of any liner I've tried. The brush is nice and thin but sturdy so you can feel what you're doing. Unfortunately they stopped selling it at all places near me that sold it. Amazon came through though, hopefully they bring it back to stores near me.

NYC Liquid Eyeliner (w/brush)

I've used any number of high priced liquid eye-liners in my day and NYC beats them all, Hands Down!. I have used NYC Eyeliner{w/brush) at least fifteen years and it's very good. It does not run, smudge or flake and has very good color pigmentation. Nice to know you can still find a company that makes quality cosmetic products at affordable prices.

Awesome product.

I usually use stila or Nyx liner and I must say this liner is amazing. At first I felt the liquid wasn't dark enough but when it dries it's dark and matte. I love it and the price is AMAZING!
