Great for outdoors
We bought these for camping and they were perfect. The contents stay dry as the lid is only open while you're shaking, and then the it snaps shut. I found it simple to use one-handed, while cooking and at the table. Although they aren't fancy, I would even consider them for my kitchen at home.

Exactly what I wanted but couldn't find locally!
The product arrived promptly and was exactly as described and pictured online. I couldn't find any "flip-top" salt shakers with spring-loaded lids locally and surrounding towns. It may have been the start of picnic season, but I like my moisture resistant salt and pepper shakers when the humidity starts to increase. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
