IN LOVE!!! I'm 16 and have really dark under eye circles and they get puffy when I wake up so before I go to school I pop them on for a good 10 minutes and it fixes the dark color and reducing the puffyness!

I use these to hydrate the under-eyes of my clients when doing Makeup Applications. My clients love them and with the current skincare trends, they feel more like that are getting a Skincare Service, than just getting their makeup done. I leave them on the under-eye for about 10 to 15 minutes and then let that are absorb the product prior to putting on foundation and concealer. I also use these when I do my own facials at home. They feel luxurious, cooling and definitely hydrate.<br /><br />I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the text on the packaging. It's in very bad/broken English and there are a lot of spelling errors.<br /><br />Other than that, they live up to the hype and are totally worth the price. It cost me about $.70 per client to have these on hand, but the client loves it.
