After 29 years as an OTR driver and having gone thru 15+ cb radios during those years this Texas Ranger elite is the best radio I have ever owned. Built tough, beautiful old school controls and an awesome mic. The absolute best of the best.

Best bang for the buck!
Great radio, swings over 30w and dead key is adjustable inside. It is a big talker like you would expect from RCI. The Cobra 29 is obsolete now. The 29 would take several modifications to perform like this Texas Ranger does out of the box. This radio comes with a great mic too. The mic alone is worth $30. You do the math, this radio is the best bang for the buck. I plan on buying another one soon. If you are still on the fence about this, just get it. You will be glad you did.
